Atomic Backland Tour to ultralekka minimalistyczna wycieczka o wadze zaledwie 398 gramów, w tym hamulców. Żadnych zbędnych rzeczy, tylko to, co jest konieczne. Trzy pozycje dla pomocy wspinaczkowej: 0, 7 i 13 stopni. De Atomic Backland Tour is een ultralichte minimalistische toerbinding van slechts 398 gram inclusief remmen. Verder geen overbodige zaken, alleen het noodzakelijke. Drie standen voor de stijghulp: 0, 7 en 13 graden. De binding wordt geleverd met drie U-vormige veren met verschillende stijfheden voor in de hakbak: Woman (ongeveer DIN 6), Man (ongeveer DIN 8) of Expert (ongeveer DIN 11). Zoals gebruikelijk bij de meeste Pinbindingen kan het teenstuk niet ingesteld worden. De remmetjes zijn verkrijgbaar in niet minder dan 5 breedtes: 80, 90, 100, 110 en 120 mm. De Backland Tour kan gecombineerd worden met ieder Dynafit compatible type harscheisen. De lengteverstelling bedraagt een riante 3 cm.

The Atomic Backland Tour is a convenient and really lightweight tech binding for alpine touring. Like all Backland gear it’s incredibly durable and easy to use: it features a patented step-in aid at the front so your boot is automatically positioned to click in. Then two climbing aids work separately from the heel tower, so with one easy click you can choose between 0°, 7° and 13° positions. Performance-wise Backland Tour is exceptional, with a broad 40mm mounting for max power transmission on wide skis (this also cuts the risk of the screws pulling out). With brakes it weighs in at just 398g a pair, is compatible with standard crampons, and has a lengthy 50mm sole-length adjustment. Get ready to tour!
